We look for private equity funds or privately-owned companies with:

• Experienced managers with cash in the fund or business.
• Proven results as evidenced by previously successful outcomes.
• A focus on the Midwest region with opportunities such as: real estate, early stage technology, financial services, etc.
• Significant investments by other respected investors.
• Audited financial statements.
• A well prepared Private Placement Memorandum.
• Exit strategies for investors with a preferred 3-7 year window.
• Investment dollars to be used primarily for growth unless otherwise specified.
